Night at BARN: Let’s Get Ready for Oct. 4

Our Glass Studio is getting hands-on for this special community event! We’ll be hosting a collaborative fused glass project in which everyone can participate.

We need your help: Start collecting glass scraps in blues and greens. Look for donation bins throughout the studio. This community creation will become a stunning small tabletop piece for auction.

“Buy It Now” donations welcome too! Drop off items in the studio by Oct. 3 for our special Night at BARN sales table.

Fall Social set for Sept. 11

Join us 4 – 6 PM on Sept. 11 in The Commons for a celebration recognizing some of our extraordinary volunteers and kicking off an amazing fall season. All are welcome to this community gathering. Come connect, celebrate, and get excited about what’s ahead!

REFRACT 2025: Call for Glass Artists

We’re seeking submissions for our three-day glass exhibition as part of REFRACT: The Seattle Glass Experience, a festival celebrating the incredible glass artistry of our region.

We’re looking for:

  • Your best work, made in BARN classes, open studios, or your own studio.
  • Individual masterpieces or collaborative group projects.
  • Multi-studio collaborations (glass and other BARN studios).
  • Creative interpretations of the theme “Reflections of the Pacific Northwest.”

The exhibition will feature demonstrations, hands-on activities, an artists’ reception, and both People’s Choice and Artists’ Choice awards. Whether you’re showing realistic Pacific Northwest landscapes or abstract impressions inspired by our region, we want to see your vision!

Ready to participate? Register your intent to participate by Aug. 31, and we’ll send you detailed submission requirements.
