For the third year in a row, volunteers from BARN’s Print & Book Valentine's cardsArts Studio and Puget Sound Book Artists made and delivered handmade Valentine’s cards to the people who keep our community safe and strong. Card bundles were dropped off at Fire Station 21 on Madison Avenue, the police station, Island Volunteer Caregivers (IVC), Helpline House, and more.

At IVC, volunteer Jackie Fabbri said their team had just finished preparing 600 Valentine’s cards for their clients. “Well, these cards are to thank all of you for that and everything you do!” said Jane Carlin, who spearheaded the Valentine’s project at BARN and helped to deliver the cards.
