Celebrate National Poetry Month by joining us for the annual reception of Ars Poetica (or “The Art of Poetry,” a poem by Horace, c. 19 BC, advising poets on the art of writing). See dozens of works from multiple studios – inspired by poems from the Writers’ Studio.

Summer at BARN
We love having kids and teens at BARN for our summer programs on Bainbridge Island! Find classes designed especially for teens in everything from sewing and welding, to jewelry-making, robotics, and woodworking.

Member Socials
Every summer, BARN members gather to connect with one another and celebrate the bounty of the season. In 2022, our old-fashioned ice cream social included a very competitive ice cream making contest.
