Saturday–Sunday, June 27 – 28
Already know the basics of Gelli plate printing? This workshop takes you further — image transfer, more complex layering techniques, and new ways to work with the plate. A satisfying next step for anyone ready to push their practice.
3 meetings beginning Wednesday, July 15
Deepen your experience with gel plates in this three-week, beginner-friendly class that delves a little deeper into techniques for making gorgeous monoprints. You’ll be learning a new technique each week and be able to use several colors.
Letterpress Essentials: Metal Type
Monday, July 6 | 1 – 5:30 PM
Get certified to set metal type and use the Vandercook No. 099 proof press — the foundation for serious letterpress work in the studio. A focused, hands-on afternoon that opens up a lot of what the studio has to offer.
Summer Youth: Print Your Style (Ages 10-16)
5 meetings, beginning Monday, Aug. 3 | 1 – 4 PM
From first sketch to final print, young artists discover how their ideas come to life in ink and fabric. A full week of hands-on printmaking for anyone ready to put their mark on something.

Four Ways into Intaglio
The studio is running a progression of intaglio workshops this summer. Try one or do them all.

Create drypoint plates and layer in multiple colors through monoprint painting — a beginner-friendly introduction to intaglio that produces genuinely surprising results.
