We have some wonderful class and open studio offerings on the calendar as we wrap up 2023 and look ahead to 2024. Mark your calendars for Jan. 4 as we kick off the new year with a Glass Arts Social in the Commons from 4 to 6 pm – all are welcome! Bring a favorite piece of glass and some nibbles to share.
We want to thank Jeff Willings and Marvin Crosland for installing a new work table surface for us! What a difference it makes! And in case you haven’t noticed how spiffy the studio looks, we have Donna Rodger and a team of dedicated volunteers who have participated in two successful studio clean ups in October and November to thank. One more cleanup is scheduled in December, so sign up!
Lastly, I am grateful to the amazing staff at BARN (aren’t we lucky?!), the incredible Glass Studio steering committee and studio members for the warm welcome I have received as new glass lead! Have a happy Thanksgiving!
