Community Opportunity
Volunteer Bakers Wanted: Cake4Kids
Our friends at Cake4Kids are looking for volunteer bakers in Kitsap County. Cake4Kids bakes and delivers birthday cakes for children served by local nonprofit partners, kids who might not otherwise have a cake to call their own. Requests are growing fast, and bakers both on and off the island are welcome. If you love to bake and want to put your skills toward a sweet cause, this is a wonderful way to give back.
And closer to home, a big thank you to the volunteers baking pies for the annual Bike for Pie community ride. There is still room to lend a hand, so join the Bike for Pie bake and be part of the fun.
