Looking for a super flexible part-time job during the day? Bainbridge BARN Culinary studio is seeking Dishwashers/Culinary Technician during weekday and evening hours for events and classes. Hours are flexible and you pick your shift (2-3 hours) from a posted schedule. As a staff member at BARN, you will receive an individual BARN membership. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network (BARN) is a growing center for artists and makers.

The Culinary Arts Studio Dishwasher/culinary technical assistant duties include dishwashing, clean-up tasks, periodic deep cleaning of the commercial kitchen and other organizational duties during culinary classes and BARN Events.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Wash dishes and clean up during and after classes and events
  • Operate commercial-grade dishwasher
  • Put away and organize clean items
  • Sanitize high-touch areas
  • Sweep, mop
  • Assist teacher and other volunteers with prep and setup as needed
  • Attend periodic (paid) meetings

Compensation: $20/hour
Reporting: Facilities Manager. This is a part-time, employee position.
