Chef Nicco Muratore might be best known as chef de cuisine at Seattle’s famous Mamnoon restaurant, or maybe as a winner on that intense episode of Chopped! He’ll be teaching us Eastern Mediterranean spring classics at his dinner class in May: Flavors of the Levant.
