Night at BARN is BARN’s first fundraising gala, and we need your help to make it happen! Multiple volunteer opportunities are available.

Volunteer Opportunities

Decoration Crew – Decorate BARN!
Auction Support – Help Check in Guests and issue Auction Catalogs
Check In Tables – Check in guests and distribute auction catalog and materials.
Clean Up Crew – Clear tent of everything but tables and chairs.
Dining Room – Fill water glasses, bus tables
Food Runners – Running food between the Kitchen and Buffet.
MAST Certified Pourer (Bartending wine/beer) – WA MAST license required.
Parking Attendant – Help guests park and return to their cars.
Silent Auction Support – Stand by to help guests at Silent Auction, Close auction and package items for winners.
