Thank you for your interest in teaching at BARN!
Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network (BARN) welcomes teachers who are exceptional role models, excellent instructors, and enjoy working with fellow artisans of all ages and skill levels. In 2020, our classes are primarily being offered online, but we will begin to hold in-person classes again as soon as we are able. Online classes are live streamed via Zoom and can be taught from the instructor’s home or studio, or in the BARN facility.
Class and workshop proposals must relate to and fit within one or more of the ten studios at BARN. Teachers are hired and classes chosen upon the studio’s approval. Classes can be proposed for any skill level and for any length of time.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal for a class to one of our studios, please visit the Apply To Teach at BARN page for more information.
All instructors are required to fill out and sign a Master Teacher Agreement (contract), Background Check Request Form and W9 tax form (paid instructors only).
If you have any questions about teaching at BARN, please contact Program Manager Jess Henderson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to hearing from you!
