Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance and management of the BARN building and site, and for the maintenance, management, and operation of our building systems and equipment towards the goal of providing good and safe working conditions for our members and staff. This position is also responsible for facilities’ functions related to planning, budgeting, personnel management, service contracts, project management, and the use of solid business and fiscal management practices to help reduce BARN’s operational costs. Skill with typical office software and comfort with computer technology in general, and especially with a variety of database and web-based facilities access and building management systems are also valued.
