Celebrate the 2023 Bridge Festival at BARN!
Explore BARN, Bainbridge Island’s 25,000 square-foot makerspace, during your visit to the 2023 Bridge Festival! This year, Arts and Humanities Bainbridge’s Bridge Festival includes over open houses at over 31 creative organizations, and BARN is proud to be included. On October 1 from 1-3pm, visit BARN to discover our 10 artisan studios, enjoy fun and free activities, and meet local makers!
Activities
- Fiber Arts: Make a macramé key chain.
- Jewelry & Fine Metals: Create a wrap-around bracelet.
- Kitchen Arts: Using Kitchen garden herbs, create a flavor enhancement for stocks and sauces.
- Metal Fabrication: Sheet metal fun!
- Print & Book Arts: Make tiny hand-burnished prints.
- Tech Lab: Laser-cut a rubber stamp (1-2pm only).
- Woodworking & Small Boatbuilding: Stop in for Carving Afternoon!

About the Bridge Festival
Arts and Humanities Bainbridge invites you to the 2023 Bridge Festival. Join us in a free, week-long celebration of the arts and cultural milestones found in the walkable Bainbridge Creative District, September 30th through October 6th.
The Bridge Festival is filled with art, music, dance, sculpture, crafts, museums, galleries, wineries, makers and more.
Many creative organizations and small businesses will be participating, with open-house events throughout the week. Stay tuned for more information.
